Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods following established recipes, yield guides, and portion standards
- Assist in decorating and finishing cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all baked items
- Properly label, date, and store products to ensure freshness and food safety compliance
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Set up and break down baking areas efficiently to support smooth daily operations
- Communicate and collaborate with chefs, management, and service staff to meet production needs
- Uphold all sanitation, safety, and organizational standards in accordance with company policies
