Job Duties

  • Prepare baked goods following established recipes, yield guides, and portion standards
  • Assist in decorating and finishing cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts
  • Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all baked items
  • Properly label, date, and store products to ensure freshness and food safety compliance
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Set up and break down baking areas efficiently to support smooth daily operations
  • Communicate and collaborate with chefs, management, and service staff to meet production needs
  • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and organizational standards in accordance with company policies
