Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake cookies daily/weekly to consistent standards including signature dark chocolate chip, brown butter base, and rotating seasonal specials
  • Manage dough preparation, scaling, and portioning with precision
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety protocols
  • Assist with inventory management and prep as needed
  • Contribute ideas for new flavors or refinements
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and consistency
  • Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and quality control
