Job Duties
- Skillfully produce a range of baked goods including cookies/cookie doughs, muffins/muffin batters, scones, savory breakfast options, quick breads, bars and brownies
- Finish and garnish tarts, cakes, custards, and cream puffs
- Pack bakery items for retail and merchandise the bakery service case
- Assist in large scale holiday production including pie doughs, pies, and seasonal menu items
- Complete custom cake and cupcake orders
- Follow all Healthy Living recipes exactly as written and maintain consistent quality products to HL standards
- Be team-oriented and excited to work in a collaborative environment
