Job Requirements
- At least 1 year prior work experience as a cook or baker or enrollment in a culinary program
- ability to use scales thermometers measuring and divide and multiply recipes
- good organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- experience working with baking equipment including oven mixers etc
- clear understanding of kitchen and food safety guidelines
- valid food handlers card if required by county

Job Duties
- Prepare products using all methods established portions and recipes for baking preparation
- manages daily production and communication of product counts with coaching team
- prepare breakfast items for bake including quiche cinnamon rolls muffins etc
- prepare and bake bread items including loaves buns rolls cookies etc
- daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings
- clean all bake related machines workstations transit trays and instruments too large for dishwasher
- responsible to properly label organize and rotate bake ingredients in freeze and storage areas
- rotates bake inventory merchandise and product supplies to maintain freshness and quality make products fresh daily
- receive orders check invoices and put deliveries away as needed
- prepare kitchen for the day including making sure everything is secure lighting the oven etc
- notify the coaches of any food quality issues inconsistencies of product with recipes low inventory etc
- maintain a clean and sanitary bake area and station at all times
- comply with established weight and measures health sanitation and safety policies procedures and guidelines
- protect the brand through promoting and providing extraordinary service when interacting with team members and guests
- demonstrate dependable leadership qualities to work primarily unassisted and is proactive to escalate matters as needed
- flexible to cross train in other functions for back of the house kitchen areas
- must be available to work morning afternoon and evening shifts includes weekends and holidays
