Job Requirements

Prior experience in commercial baking and production
ability to work part time Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
ability to handle food safely
strong work ethic and dependability

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial baking and production
ability to follow recipes and production standards accurately
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
effective communication and customer service skills
ability to work efficiently during peak production periods
commitment to teamwork and reliability

Job Duties

Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following production standards
assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and inventory reporting
ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
handle food items safely in accordance with regulations
clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
check to ensure food is presented, served and displayed per standards
follow sanitation and safety principles ensuring corporate and OSHA compliance
complete assigned shift work timely and thoroughly
perform other duties as assigned
