Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment following recipes
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- assist members with purchasing decisions and bakery orders
- ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines and inventory management
