Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and report needs
- Collaborate with culinary team members to develop new baked goods and seasonal items
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Operate baking equipment properly and safely
- Assist with receiving and storing bakery ingredients
