Job Requirements
- Experience in service industry such as kitchen, restaurant, bar, or hospitality
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Commitment to regular and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience in service industry such as kitchen, restaurant, bar, or hospitality
- Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
- Food handler card preferred when required by law
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions

- Physical ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, climb stairs and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge promoting Starbucks culture, mission, and values
- Serve as an in-store passionate food expert providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverages
- Demonstrate impeccable composure during high-volume or ambiguous situations
- Consistently prepare quality food items adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Contribute to the customer experience by meeting production demands
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Take responsibility for learning and sharing extensive food knowledge and beverage offerings
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment
- Provide exceptional Reserve Cafe experience through customer connection and responding to needs
- Engage customers with recommendations on food and beverage pairings
- Assemble and finish all food menu items including pizza, croissants, and brioche
- Stock and maintain the food display case
- Ensure proper proofing of doughs and laminates
- Execute daily prep lists and production needs
- Receive and verify deliveries
- Adhere to inventory management and storage procedures
- Communicate maintenance concerns to management
- Complete production sheets and required records
- Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Maintain clean and organized workspace and equipment cleanliness
