Job Requirements
- Is 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of prior relevant baking experience preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Formal Culinary training preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides
- Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
- Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Set-up and break down workstation
- Regularly run for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
