Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • 6+ months baking experience
  • Knowledge of local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations
  • Fluency in English
  • Good counting and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to uphold high standards of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety
  • Possess general knowledge of pastry skills and candy making
  • Comfortable operating commercial kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
  • Uphold high standards of service, efficiency, and safety
  • Assist with inventory and supply management as needed
