Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year of experience in commercial food preparation or manufacturing
  • at least six months of baking experience
  • knowledge of local, federal, and state health and safety regulations
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • physical ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
  • fluency in English
  • basic math skills

Job Qualifications

  • One plus years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • six plus months baking experience
  • knowledge of local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • fluency in English
  • good counting and math skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • general knowledge of pastry skills and candy making
  • comfortable with operating a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Produce quality inclusions and variegates for ice cream production
  • follow recipes and daily production schedules accurately
  • maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
  • operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
  • uphold high standards of service, efficiency, and safety
  • assist in meeting production goals within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
