Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of current, valid, state issued driver's license as required for specific locations and meet company driving qualifications

- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
- previous bakery or food service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake New York-style bagels and other bakery items according to company recipes
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability throughout the shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold high quality food and beverage standards
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- arrive early to prepare bakery items and ensure readiness for store opening
