Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable by law
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred for specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries daily to company standards
- Stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with customer order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service
- Monitor quality of food and beverages served
- Arrive early for preparation and setup
