Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as applicable by law
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license preferred at certain locations
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake authentic New York-style bagels and pastries
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery and store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Follow company standards and procedures for food quality and safety
- Adapt to early morning shifts and fast-paced work environment
