Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- pass background check as required by law
- possession of a current valid state-issued driver's license preferred at certain locations
- meet company driving qualifications when applicable
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience desirable
- ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries early morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- collaborate effectively with team members to uphold bakery standards
- support store operations to enhance customer satisfaction
