Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver's license preferred where required and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Positive attitude and passion for baking
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to established recipes and quality standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability throughout the shift
- Assist with order taking, sandwich making, and providing excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Manage early morning bakery setup and preparation tasks
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to management
