Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as required by law
- possession of a valid state driver's license preferred for specific locations and compliance with company driving policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous but not required
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels following established recipes and quality standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing cleaning and safety checks
- collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- manage early morning bakery operations including setup and baking tasks
- comply with health and safety regulations at all times
