Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver's license preferred and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3AM
- strong multitasking skills
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Mix and prepare dough for baking bagels
- shape and boil bagels prior to baking
- bake bagels to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- collaborate with the team to deliver excellent guest service
