Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior bakery or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong multitasking skills
- excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- commitment to safety and quality standards
- basic understanding of food handling procedures
Job Duties
- bake bagels and pastries early in the morning to ensure freshness for customers
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to maintain product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support the team
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- uphold high standards of food quality and customer service
- collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
- adhere to health and safety regulations
