Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours or days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license if required at specific locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

- flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- good communication and teamwork skills
- prior baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout shift
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare and bake bagels and pastries
- ensure bagel walls and pastry cases are stocked with quality products
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery environment
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- monitor inventory and communicate needs for replenishment
- support adherence to health and safety standards
