Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license preferred for specific locations and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior baking experience or culinary background is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries each morning starting as early as 3 AM
- Ensure quality products are stocked on the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- Assist team with taking orders and making sandwiches
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Uphold high standards of food quality and safety in all baking and service tasks
