Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable by law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred at certain locations and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist in order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and product freshness checks
