Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation and safety standards
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of bakery equipment and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries according to recipes
- Decorate cakes and desserts with precision and creativity
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- Assist customers by providing knowledgeable and friendly service
- Collaborate with team members to sustain work efficiency and meet daily bakery production goals
