Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred or required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 am
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare bagels and bakery items early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service and support team members
- Follow company policies and procedures for food quality and health regulations
- Adapt to changing duties and responsibilities as needed
