Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check as per local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license preferred when applicable
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move intermittently during working hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Provide excellent guest service
- Work as part of a team to ensure quality products are available
- Follow company policies and procedures
