Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as required
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
- Must meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food service is an asset
- Ability to work early morning hours as early as 3 AM
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at some locations
Job Duties
- Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- Provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Work as a team to uphold food quality and safety standards
- Arrive early to prepare bakery operations
- Assist in inventory management and product presentation
- Follow bakery procedures and company policies
