Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as required including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred at certain locations
- Must meet company driving qualifications as per policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 2 AM
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- Stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
