Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous baking experience in a similar role
  • ability to follow recipes and quality standards
  • physical stamina to handle baking tasks
  • attention to detail and food safety practices
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume production kitchen
  • knowledge of traditional dough and pastry production
  • detail-oriented approach to baking
  • familiarity with traditional European pastry production is a plus
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes
  • prepare and bake all breakfast pastries, breads, rolls and some desserts for restaurants and banquets
  • maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensure proper storage and refrigeration
  • ensure spoilage and waste are kept to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products
