Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in baking or pastry production
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to maintain proper storage and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of traditional dough and pastry production
  • Experience working in a high-volume production kitchen
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
  • Background in traditional European pastry production is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes
  • Prepare and bake all breakfast pastries, breads, rolls and some desserts for restaurants and banquets
  • Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensure the proper storage and refrigeration
  • Ensure spoilage and waste are kept to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products
