Job Requirements
- at least 6 months of food service experience, institutional or commercial bakery preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment in an efficient manner
- food and sanitation trained and certified or willingness to be if directed (ServSafe or similar)
- familiarity with organic and natural foods
- ability to read and speak English and perform basic math problems associated with recipes
- ability to accurately and consistently follow recipes
- ability to stand and work long periods at a time
- excellent tenure and attendance
- committed schedule that may include opening, mid-shift, and closing
- availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- collaborate with the prepared foods team to produce and bake hearth breads
- operate commercial bakery and kitchen equipment including large batch mixers, stoves, ovens, and proofers
- prepare a variety of baked goods following established recipes
- maintain a friendly and service-oriented attitude toward customers and team members
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- manage baking schedules including opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
- perform cleaning and maintenance of bakery equipment and workspace
