Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or pastry production preferred
- knowledge of standard baking recipes and techniques
- ability to maintain clean and sanitary work area
- good attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- teamwork and cooperation with other associates
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- adherence to safety guidelines and food handling regulations
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to follow recipes and produce consistent quality products

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes
- supervise pastry food production area and ensure compliance with recipe specifications
- ensure quality of plate presentation for each item
- respond to guest and associate requests professionally and exceed guest expectations
- maintain knowledge of proper baking techniques
- date all food containers and rotate inventory as per SOP
- ensure proper storage and temperature compliance per food safety standards
- maintain pars, complete freezer pull and line setup
- adhere to daily, weekly, monthly checklists
- manage time and station productivity per volume of business
- effectively set up and produce quality products compliant with health and company standards
- communicate out-of-stock items or shortages to manager
- return unused food items to designated storage with proper coverage and dating
- perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
