Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience in a professional bakery
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, early mornings to midday
- Commitment to organic baking standards
- Availability to work weekends if required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, pastries, cookies, quiches and other baked goods
- Ensure all recipes meet the bakery's organic standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow health and safety regulations in all baking processes
- Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing ones
