Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to baking
- willingness to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- good interpersonal skills
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- assist with the completion of production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
- handle food items appropriately and in compliance with safety regulations
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area
- interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- check to ensure that all food is presented, served and displayed according to standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment
- complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner according to department standards
- perform other duties as assigned
