Job Requirements
- Must have prior baking experience
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for extended periods

- ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and prescribed standards
- complete production records including waste tracking and supply notifications
- maintain proper food presentation, quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- uphold sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- follow food safety and handling regulations during preparation and service
- clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
- interact with customers to resolve complaints courteously
- maintain calm and efficient performance during peak production
- ensure all food is presented, served and displayed to standard
- follow safety and sanitation principles in food handling and equipment use
- complete shift work timely and as assigned
- perform other duties as assigned
