Job Requirements
- at least 5 years of baking experience
- knows how to use kitchen tools and machines safely
- can talk and work well with others
- keeps the kitchen clean and safe
- treats everyone with kindness and respect
- follows privacy rules (HIPAA) to keep personal information safe
- helps with checking groceries, catering for special events, and attends staff meetings

Job Duties
- plan and prepare desserts and baked goods including gluten-free and sugar-free options
- ensure all products are visually appealing and meet health and safety standards
- order baking supplies and manage baking schedules
- document food temperatures and labeling accurately
- assist with special events and catering
- collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen area
