Job Requirements
- Prior baking experience required
- scratch baking experience required
- cake decorating experience required
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:45 pm
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to interact with customers professionally
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- assist with production records including waste tracking and inventory management
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and workstations
- handle food items safely according to regulations
- clean equipment and workspace thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a customer-service oriented manner
- keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently
- ensure all food is presented, served and displayed per standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety ensuring corporate and OSHA compliance
- complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner
- perform other assigned duties
