Job Requirements
- Prior food service experience preferred
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- commitment to working full-time Monday through Friday with rotating holidays
- adherence to food safety and OSHA regulations
- capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Prior food service experience preferred
- knowledge of baking procedures and kitchen safety
- ability to follow recipes and production standards accurately
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- customer service skills with ability to interact positively with customers
- teamwork and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following production standards
- assist with production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions, and product shortages
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- handle food items with safety regulations in mind
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- exhibit ability to maintain pace during peak production
- check all food presentation, service and display standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety, ensuring OSHA standards
- complete assigned shift work in a timely and thorough manner
- perform other duties as assigned
