Job Requirements
- Previous high volume baking experience preferred
- ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- physical ability to perform baking duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous high volume baking experience preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and production guidelines
- strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and production standards
- complete production records including waste tracking and report low supplies to supervisor
- ensure food quality, portion control and proper serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and utensils
- handle food items safely during preparation and service
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- keep up with peak production and service calmly and efficiently
- ensure food presentation, serving and display meet standards
- follow sanitation and safety regulations according to corporate and OSHA standards
- complete shift work timely and thoroughly
- perform other duties as assigned
