- 18 years or older
- 1+ year professional baking experience
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of professional baking experience
- ability to work 11am to 8pm shifts
- willingness to learn new baking techniques
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of scratch cooking preferred
Job Duties
- execute recipes
- produce orders for pastry department
- prepare a variety of baked goods
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- ensure quality control of all products
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production deadlines
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
