Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American and American styles
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have a friendly, courteous attitude and provide extraordinary customer service
- Must exhibit responsible, professional and positive attitude towards job, co-workers and customers
- Must have a positive attitude towards safety and commit to follow all health and safety regulations and policies
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to transfer to other locations within reasonable commute
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
Job Qualifications
- Must have 3 years of baking experience
- Basic understanding of English
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and courteous attitude
- Experience baking Mexican, Central American and American baked goods
- Positive and professional attitude towards job and safety
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes and pastry products according to department recipes
- Bake cakes, pastries and specialty bakery goods safely and efficiently
- Greet and smile at customers while providing extraordinary customer service
- Respond to customer requests to meet department goals and objectives
- Follow all health and safety regulations and policies to ensure well-being
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, professional attitude towards customers and co-workers
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
