Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years baking experience
- Ability to bake various goods including Mexican, Central American, and American baked products
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries according to recipes
- Bake cakes, pastries, and specialty bakery goods efficiently and safely
- Greet and interact with customers, providing extraordinary customer service
- Respond to customer requests and fulfill bakery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery department
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure well-being
- Assist with inventory management and restocking bakery supplies
