Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience required
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ability to stand for long periods
- good physical stamina
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- excellent communication skills

- experience in baking breads, cakes, and pastries
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

Job Duties
- prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries according to approved recipes
- bake specialty bakery goods including those from Mexico and Central America
- ensure the safety and efficiency of all baking processes
- greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- provide extraordinary customer service and respond to customer requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- follow department supervisor instructions and company standards
