Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American styles
- must enjoy working with the public
- must have good communication skills
- must have a friendly, courteous attitude and provide extraordinary customer service
- must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and customers
- must maintain a positive attitude towards safety and follow all health and safety regulations and policies
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute
- ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of baking experience
- good communication skills

- ability to follow recipes and baking procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare dough, batters, and mixtures according to Vallarta Supermarket recipes
- safely and efficiently bake cakes, pastries, and specialty bakery goods
- greet and smile at all customers while providing extraordinary customer service
- respond to customers' requests to meet department goals and objectives
- follow all health and safety regulations and policies
- maintain a friendly, courteous attitude with co-workers and customers
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
