Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial baking environment
  • Food handlers certification (required)
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
  • Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
  • Ability to operate commercial baking equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment
  • Monitor baking progress and adjust oven temperatures as needed
  • Decorate and present baked goods attractively
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
