Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years of experience in a commercial baking environment
- Food handlers certification
- Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Monitor baking progress and adjust oven temperatures as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods attractively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
