Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous retail or bakery experience preferred

- ability to follow production guidelines and safety protocols
- strong attention to detail
- good organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic math skills for inventory and ordering
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- assist with bakery production including thawing, mixing, proofing, baking and frying products
- maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines
- assist with inventory receiving duties
- order frozen and dry bakery products
- organize freezers and coolers
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- support team collaboration and communication
