Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail or bakery experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands of bakery work
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail in following production processes
- Good organizational skills for managing inventory and storage areas
- Ability to safely handle food products and operate bakery equipment
Job Duties
- Assist with bakery production involving thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking or frying products
- Maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines
- Assist with inventory receiving duties
- Order frozen and dry products as needed
- Organize freezers and coolers to ensure optimal storage conditions
