- Commercial baking experience
- ability to follow written and verbal directions
- ability to read recipes and measure accurately
- familiarity with food safety and knife skills
- able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- open availability to work flexible shifts

- ServSafe certification or culinary training is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Bake co-op favorites using our approved recipes
- prep, set up, and clean your station each day
- use all the fun tools-mixers, ovens, tilt skillet, immersion blender, etc
- keep things clean and food-safe
- help reduce waste by following par sheets and tracking shrink
