Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food service experience preferred
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform baking tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow recipes precisely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with restaurant operations team and upper leadership team
- Protects organization's value by keeping company information confidential
- Provides excellent internal and external customer service
- Works flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Multi-tasks and prioritizes duties effectively
- Prepares ingredients and assembles baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- Reviews production schedules to determine quantity and variety of goods to bake
- Shapes and molds dough for various baked products by hand or machinery
- Operates baking and cooking equipment including ovens, grills, and mixers
- Applies glazes, icings, or toppings to baked goods
- Inspects product quality during and after baking and makes adjustments as needed
- Cleans and stocks workstations and equipment
- Ensures food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Reads order slips or receives instructions to bake to specifications
- Orders and takes delivery of necessary products
- Verifies baked goods meet quality and quantity requirements
- Maintains a safe and orderly work environment
