Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
- maintain an exceptionally clean work environment with optimum output and minimum waste
- consistently bake and finish products according to standards and specifications while maintaining high product quality
- understand that customer experience drives repeat business
- promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- demonstrate commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
- communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect

- adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
